Returns:
We are responsible for all our products and provide full customer satisfaction. If your product is faulty,you can return them within 14 days of receiving time. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and undamaged. It can be returned with only the item itself and its dust bag, but the white portective foams on handles of the bag must be kept staying on where it is originally at and can't be taken apart, because the factory can't accept return of the bag if its handle's protective foam has been taken apart, kindly notePlease note that buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
